Hello all,
I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

If you are in P&T, you should align with the leaders in your group on what is expected of an SM vs M. Imo, level changes shouldn’t be just a matter of number of years - it’s really about the role eg do you want to lead people or remain IC.
I’ve heard in P&T it will be more so business case/actual openings to fill into vs the other lines of services in the client facing segments
Partly just due to the scale being so different, and P&T just being different.
