Totally depends on market, practice, experience (relevant or otherwise), your current pay, and your manager. This transition ranges from, "Hey your title changed but nothing else did", to, "Here's a 40% bump and annual bonus".
Interesting question.
Not many markets have the ‘analyst’ title/level....

What does it take to get there? The guidelines analysts got were a bit vague. They ranged from “just be good at consulting” to “do everything a consultant does and be a good consultant onsite”.
To be clear, the expected actions were very specific, on both sides of the spectrum. What was not clear was which side of the spectrum to adhere to.

Chicago, how big is your Analyst cohort? I’d give details about mine, but I think we’re small enough that I’d be quickly identifiable
Unless you’re XM, I thought analyst was a 1 year only situation - good luck getting a straight answer about what happens if you’re an analyst longer 😂
