How long is considered acceptable in interviews to build and present a framework? I usually take 3 - 3.5 minutes to build and 7-8 minutes to present but I’m getting feedback that this is too long. Is the expected length of time for these different between BCG and McKinsey? Thanks!

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.
