How long was the onboarding process for your current role?

Hello recruiters, happy Monday!

I want to know why recruiters ask me in an interview if I am looking at other opportunities, or if I am interviewing at other companies. If I say yes they will ask at what stage I am.

I just want to know the reason behind it and if there is a right answer to this question!

Is it a red flag to interview with a potential new agency that I'd have to move to a different state for and they never give you a chance to ask any questions or fly you out to meet in person?

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

So my VP at my previous company felt bad and refused to speak to me or attend my farewell after my resignation. His reason was that I somehow betrayed his trust as he had promoted me just last year (after keeping the position open for 4 months and letting me take additional work load after the previous SM left!). Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience?
