Do any agencies give year end bonuses?
Hi,
I have an offer of 20.86 lpa from societe generale and 23lpa from HCl.
Before job searching my CTC was 11.5 lpa.To retain me,my current company revised it to 16.37 lpa during appraisal but I didn't take back my paper. Now they came for another round of discussion and said they would give 25 lpa if I take my paper back. What should I do?
I know that upper management had to fight to get it revised to 16.5 lpa,and they are increasing again to save their face.Would it harm if I stay?

Why do you think big companies use consultants?
Oof
They tend to want to promote SCs after 2-3 years. Manager to Senior manager is anywhere from 3-5 years. Senior Manager to Partner is between 5-7 years. So at the minimum, 10 years.
Deloitte has been trying to increase the number of years between levels so it could be a few more years than what is listed. Apparently we have too many partners?
At least a decade or so.
If you are high performing, I’d plan for 2 years SC to M, 3 years M to SM, 5 years SM to P (you’d possibly go up in 4 years, but probably wouldn’t make it the first time up.)
