I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

If I was staying in an internal role, I would be a 50% honest. Express gratitude/positive feedback and give some constructive honest feedback (very gently). If I was moving to another company, I'd lay it all out. Especially if there's a horrible person you've had to work with. They need to know
Hostile work environments need to be addressed, unfortunately when I tried to get this kind of issue resolved in the past, I was the one pushed out, so being on your way out, lay it out for them, you're probably not the only one experiencing problems with this person...
I always tell the truth in an exit interview, every single time. The way I see it is that there is a reason I am leaving. And I can't expect them to fix a problem that they may not even know exists. So I am honest with them and tell them exactly why they are losing a great employee to give them something to think about.
I told the truth.
Most people stay neutral in exit interviews, especially when staying in the company, using reasons like "new challenges" or "closer to home." If that coworker has made your life miserable, you could mention the negative environment subtly. It might help improve things for others without risking future relationships.

Don't bother. If they didn't care while you worked there, they won't care when you dont.
One by one, a few of us left in our healthcare department of my previous employer. Little did some of us know that their exit interviews were somewhat negative to very negative. Apparently, the department got a follow-up with all employees. This was per a previous coworker. Although to late for those of us who left, helped those who were still there.
🤣tell the truth, others should be aware
