How many weeks does the overall hiring take for nokia from interviews to offer?

I recently completed 2 rounds of interview with ORACLE, how much can i ask them, can i ask 12 LPA?

My CTC is 3 LPA
Holding Offer with 7.5 LPA from investment banking.
My EXP :- 2.6

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue??
