If you have 2 offers, but one is substantially higher than the other, what is the best way to leverage the higher offer to raise the lower one? I want to make sure I am tactful in how I do it. Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.

Hi, what’s the premium processing cost for I-140? I have more than 2 years left on my H1 so PwC is not filing for my premium processing but said I could pay for it out of pocket.
