If you have any offers in pipeline, you can expect 20-30 percent higher than it.
Leave about ECTC, take a look at Job security and then take the decision wisely.
The moment your project gets ended, you will be released to bench, and only a grace period of 60 days is provided, else asked to resign.
People who are moved to bench - 60 percent of the employees faced the same by getting the reply that - NO projects
I agree to you. But if you have the skills and expertise it is a blessing in disguise as you can switch easily if you are finished with your projects and sent to Bench.
Let's think for a client - your project gonna stay for 8 months.
And the next project in pipeline takes 3-4 months to get you enrolled as per your tech stack. At that time you will be released to bench.
So If you are good to look for another job and switch to another organization, within an year of joining - yes, you can come to LTIMINDTREE 👍
Perfect! That's actually the truth and today if you are not getting a premium package then I beleive switching in 1 or 2 years is justified unless you want to stay in comfort zone or have other attachments.
There is nothing called lead role here! But you are really confident about your skills. Go ahead and join the LTIM.
I came to know that Senior Specialist is a Technical Lead equivalent. Correct me if I am wrong!
What is your cctc and what you are getting offered or your expected ? Also yoe
Depends on experience and CTC/offers you have. Doesn’t matter what position you’re in.
