$72,500 is the standard base salary and has been for years. You do not receive a performance bonus as an analyst (your first two years). You become bonus eligible as a consultant. This is standard across HC, S&O, and Technology. Your signing bonus is your only bonus. I’ve been in HC for several years now and love it, so happy to answer any questions you might have
D2 speaks the truth
For reference, out of college hires into BTA roles get about a 10k signing bonus, just FYI. Your performance bonus will be little if any, though, after your first year since it’s not a full year
That bonus^ applies to at least the DC Metro Area
@D2. I'm looking to maybe switch to HC
What are some hot ticket type skills needed in that service line?
If you have org/op model design from S&O we do a lot of work in that space, any experience with change/comms/training is always nice, if you have strong data or visualization skills you will always be in demand. In general HC is pretty collaborative and the people here generally really enjoy the work. Also if you are in Tech it’s a pretty easy transition over to HRT where you can work across various points of the HR technology design and implementation lifecycle
