I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. Don’t know about required, but I got promoted after growing one.
It matters a lot. Do not trim either.
^ this. My style used to be more buttoned-up — in an interview I was asked if I thought I’d fit in because I “looked pretty clean-cut.” Didn’t get the job.
Grew my hair longer, grew a beard, never been asked that since.
That’s fine! Run a brush through your hair, throw a nice shirt on, you’re good.
Throw on some cologne so you feel extra spicy during the call
It matters a lot. Do not trim either.
If you don’t think you can get hired because of a haircut and your creative. You were banking on getting hired on the wrong things.
At the moment, I wouldn’t stress about the hair. Many people don’t feel safe risking Covid to get a hair cut.
