Hello fishes. Need your suggestions. I have worked at Accenture for 2 yrs as a software developer and due to interest in core side, took training in Rv-Vlsi and placed in capgemini as PHYSICAL DESIGN ENGINEER . And it's been 9 months, I didn't get any project. I am much frustrated as I am wasting my imp time. I'm regretting now of leaving Accenture :( Can you give me suggestions on what to learn in this free time? Intel Corporation Qualcomm MediaTek Synopsys Inc. Advanced Micro Devices Inc.

A ton. This is the first agency I’ve worked at where I have an opportunity to speak to my CCO/have a meeting with him at least twice a week. It makes an incredible difference in the quality of my own work and the way I watch my teammates carry themselves as creatives (respect to process/each other’s work, so on.)
I came from a place where the CCO was kept in an ivory tower. They were not approachable and poopoo’d seemingly everything they were shown. They regularly brought in their wild day rate freelance friends to “save the day” which made us all feel like shit. There was never any specific direction given either, just the phrases that haunt us all—keep pushing, not there yet, you’ll know it when you see it.
I used to feel like the CCO was a whatever factor when choosing an agency, but now I see what a huge difference an awesome one can make.
A lot. Before my new CCO arrived I was promised a significant raise and promotion by my manager that I didn’t get for 2 years. First year with my new CCO and they not only made sure I got the raise and promotion without me even asking but now I’m working on much better projects. And I’m a woman. So I feel they have really acknowledged my hard work.
Where do you work love this
It depends if it is the type just wanting trophies, the type just wanting to keep the clients happy or the type just wanting to make the best real work. There is only one type we truly need. We currently have a lot of the first 2 globally. They’re all regularly in the “creative council” pretending to know what they’re doing.
Which office are you in? Gab is cool as shit. FCBNY went way downhill after he left.
Small agency. Big impact.
