How much of an increase would you take to leave? Currently have an offer from another big 4 for 20k increase doing similar work. However, it sounds like less structure and potentially more work. Is it worth it to jump?

I’m an Accounting Junior. I just completed a big 4 internship and got a full time offer for when I graduate. I have another upcoming internship that I actually want to accept a full time for. I don’t want to be in a position where I decline the current offer and also don’t end up with an offer from my upcoming internship. Any advice?

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response.
