How much salary is to expect from a 1.5 years of RPA Devloper (UiPath) Experience

I have this skills sets (please find the image below)

My current CTC is 1.44 LPA

I joined this company and being introduced to RPA at the first place, I did 3 months of training in this company

But the salary is too low , I'm thinking to switch but not sure how much salary I can expect

Im currently expecting 6 LPA (in hand), but not sure if it's the correct amount

What has better WLB and comp, being a heme onc physician or climbing the ranks of D/SD/VP in R&D or commercial strategy for an oncology line? Not taking into account initial path to get to these positions.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

So I’m charging jobs due to unforeseen situations to another company as a assistant manager and I wanted to know is it unprofessional to turn down a job after you already accepted the offer to take another companies offer if the pay is better by $5000-?
