But feel that we won't be able to sustain long working hours any more. We have recently got the PR. Finding it difficult to make final plunge.

Once upon a time, I hardly saw/heard of any dot net guys, so thought Java developers will always be on safer side.
Now everywhere I see only dot net guys.
