Depends on a lot of factors:
Retirement contributions
Healthcare/insurance premiums
Commuter benefit utilization
COLA
If you live in the city or just work there (there is a city income tax on top of federal and state)
I am in the North region and when I made 160, I contributed 10% to 401k pre-tax, had no insurance premiums to pay, and didn't use the commuter benefit. Monthly in hand was roughly $8700. It will vary by location but hopefully that gives you a very rough idea.
