Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon
Which company is good to join in terms of WLB, stability and future growth.
L&T financials : 17.5 F + 2.5+ Variable+3Lac J
Citiustech : 22LPA
T SYSTEMS : 23 LPA
Synechron : 22.5 F + 1 Lac Variable+1Lac JB
Luxoft LLP : 25LPA
please help to clear my mind? also there is scope for negotiations to match the CTC with the above companies. YOE - 6.2, Java springbootLuxoft Synechron Inc. CitiusTech T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd.

Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

Probably less than five times this year. Def not weekends.
I hardly, if ever, work on weekends. Although that's partly because I do tend to work 2 or 3 late nights per week, specifically because I don't want to have to play catch up during the weekend and disturb my days of rest. I'd rather go hard during the week.
I work late once or twice during the week, but I almost never work weekends unless it's a true emergency. It's so important for me to have some boundaries between my work and personal life. I spend enough time worrying about work as is, I don't need it creeping into my limited personal time.
About 2-4 four times a week. We're really stacked up right now. It's just apart of the job and I've learned to accept it.
ummm what’s late?
Never, since my divorce
