Hi Fishes
I have an interview scheduled with Accenture India Strategy for the manager position in there Supply Chain & Operations practice.
Any ideas on what kind of questions I should expect?
Case study?
Guesstimate?
Scenario based questions?
Any inputs would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance!

Embrace it! You’re a human being and being a little nervous for a few minutes in an interview is absolutely normal and anyone that’d hold that against you is an idiot you don’t wanna work for/with

Same for me, I think it’s inherent for some of us.
I just deal with it and it improves as the conversation continues.
5-10 min before the interview, do a brief practice run of an easy behavioral question like "why this firm?" or "tell me about yourself" and say it out loud, even if just the first 30 seconds of your response. Record it if you want (perks of virtual interviews). That way you can hear your own voice and adjust it as needed prior to the real thing.
Ultimately if the nerves clear up quickly in the interview though, don't think anyone will mind if you're slightly shaky in the beginning. Totally normal.
Honestly weird tip but I’ve started playing pump up music (like Up or juice lol) right before an interview and for some reason it makes me feel so much more confident hahaha
I promise it really helps 😂😂😂
Small talk
Drink a warm beverage during the interview
Honestly if it's that bad just do some loud, deep vocal warmups beforehand
Deep breaths before going in and actively forcing myself to smile and act relaxed yet engaged helps me, just gotta make sure you don’t make it too obvious
