Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi guys,
This question is to those who resigned recently.
Is it mandatory to submit investment proof( Form C) while leaving LTI?
I have one more month to exit and I see they have enabled window for Clearance and Form C.
Please let me know if anyone have idea. Larsen & Toubro Infotech

All start ups are sinking ships, right until their next raise, whence they immediately start sinking again. It’s a game of faith in the founder, not financial analysis.
If you will be doing SnO I guess that you may want to list metrics you’re interested in and ask the CEO or hiring manager for getting answers, you’ll good look at their eyes, you’ll know what are you signing for and later some of those can become your KPIs?
thank you. I didn't want to come across as money focused or prying, but your take allows my question to be answered while being sincere and looking good.
Full books for 3 years is meaningless. You care about sales growth, cash in hand, next tranche if the round was tranched, and burn rate. What happened 3 years ago has no impact on the future.
You also want to see the Capital table.
Just ask?
Like can I ask 3 year financials or just burn rate and last round's size? I think this is a fair ask, but wanted to know if this is typically made available.
