How to explain why you’re leaving ibm (given layoffs and org changes) to potential big 4 employer

I am java backend developer. I am selected in sas r&d pune where they are converting java microservices into golang microservices. I have no idea about golang. In frontend they are using react again I have no knowledge of frontend technology. What do you guys think will it be worth to switch to golang specially when I have no experience of it? Please suggest as I have another offer from transunion. So confused whether to join transunion or join sas &d.

I’m a Junior product manager with a Master’s in Healthcare Management. I feel like the current company that I am at has my title as JPM, but I am doing PM work i.e creating product roadmaps, collaborating across stakeholders (business, marketing, design teams), creating user stories/features, etc. and I feel like my work isn’t being valued and I’m constantly being micromanaged by business teams expectations.

How feasible is it for me to apply to a PM role with less than a year of experience?

I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume. Discussion post: I feel almost all consulting firms are the same. Mbb, big 4 etc. if you are paid enough there is probably less wlb. If there is good wlb there is not much money. Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?

Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?
