Which is best to join between PWC AC Bangalore with permanent wfh and NTT Data business solutions with hybrid work. Salary is almost same : NTT data - 24 LPA fixed and no variable. Where as PWC 21 LPA fixed with upto 20% variable. YOE is 7 years in SAP SD functional consultant.

Is luxoft really offer permanent work from home?
Is it good for work life balance?
They offering 21 LPA for 8 yes, is it good?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. Currently I am working in TCS Kolkata with 6.8lpa, technology - Exchange 2010 (which is already out of support from Microsoft).
I got an offer from Infosys Bhubaneswar with 9.3lpa, technology: Office 365.
My hometown is Kolkata.
Hybrid model is okay for me if it is Bhubaneswar as my in-laws won't allow me to move to a different city. Problem is opportunities are very less in Kolkata and TCS won't hire ex- employees. Should I switch to Infosys or stay back in TCS..
