Hi fishes,
Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Don't want to face long bench hours like it used to be in Publicis sapient which led to brutal lay off. Kinda sceptical to join as it is giving me Publicis sapient vibes.Coforge Coforge ltd

USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI
Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

If you can show you know your stuff in the experience section of your resume, you have a chance, but having the associate or professional certs will help you in your job search no matter what

As you don’t have a lot of years behind you, you should get the architect certs.
I don’t have a really technical background have a degree in civil/ environmental engineering and Sustainable Business.
It seems like you're hesitant to take them based on the reputation of those certs. If you feel the value of those certs are questionable as it applies to your role, but I would add that it won't hurt your chances at all.
Cloud has become ubiquitous in the way orgs have started to operate, so a working knowledge could lead a path forward.
I have a few certifications now but they don’t seem to add that much value to my professional profile it would seem. Just try to fish the water a bit to see if these will add more value while expanding opportunities to grow in a more technical space or will my current work experience being so functional instead of technical be a deterrent for hiring managers.
