How wise it is join Walmart Global Tech as a Data Engineer-III considering the compensation wise its okay.

Can this company be considered for staying atleast for 2-3 years as I am getting married this year as well.

I know WLB is terrible and have to stay long hours but considering the situation of market, I guess its fine.

I was in the office (pre-c19) on the Friday after thanksgiving so I could get some stuff done while it was empty. A peer Director was also there and asked me for help with something. I helped him a for while, then he said, “this is really helpful, I have to go to an all team meeting for 30 minutes, but could we finish after that?” Me: “an all team meeting today?” Him: “yeah, I always schedule an all team meeting on days like this so people can’t pretend to wfh when they are really on pto.” smh 🤦‍♂️

I was interviewed for IN4 Role but HR said based on Feedback they will give me IN3.
its for Data engineering.
My YOE is 7 Years and Already holding offers for around 35 LPA Fixed.
Two questions?
1) Should I accept IN3 level with 7YOE?
2) What is the Capped compensation for IN3 Role?
