Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. 10 years of experience spanning across big 4/fortune 500 companies, currently at KPMG now. This place has more mandatory compliance/ethics/etc. training than I had in my previous 3 positions combined - it’s almost unbelievable. Does anyone else share that sentiment, or am I alone here?

When they send out emails to everyone a resource has worked with over the PY and ask if they believe said person is ready for promo, do they think anything of people who choose not to answer/reply? Ex if you wouldn’t be able to support this persons promo so you would just not reply to the email instead of saying “no.”
