Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte
Interviewer : Why do you need this job?

Hello Deloitte 🐠 20 YOE. Have referral for a content and marketing M role in cybersecurity -- the focus of my career pivot. Submitted my application today, but my referrer isn't in Cyber. Interested to widen my Deloitte Cyber network to get my resume in front of a human, since ATS has no vision or imagination. If you're willing to connect, please DM. So far, made it several interview rounds into roles with EY and Accenture. Optimistic, but want to be as proactive as possible. Thanks!

Depends. Love or hate your place? Are you paid fairly? Are you doing things you like? Are the people around you good / bad? Are the clients interesting and look good on resumes? Is there growth opportunity?
If you’re getting to a year and a half in and you’re still an associate, it’s time for some real talk about getting a promotion. I used to think “the cream will rise” and that I should keep quiet and wait— but in general, you need to advocate for yourself. No one is thinking about you more than you are, so find some time to respectfully talk about the timeline for a promotion. And if that’s getting you no where, time to start looking around.
Always interview if you see the opportunity
I used to leave abruptly when I’ve had it with current company. It would be better to take a long strategy. Always be looking and when something catches your fancy, make a move!
These two have a point - always take an interview. Keep up that skill.
People generally make more money changing jobs vs staying. Context is everything though
Thank you everyone for your insight! I will take all of this into consideration.
