Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

My friend works there and I'm beyond jealous at the great culture they have developed. Leadership does a great job of proactively giving mental health breaks, extra long weekends, lots of opportunities to socialize + proactive bonuses and compensation adjustments based on market rate.
Compared the consulting, this company operates like a dream.
Thanks so much, this is very helpful.
I heard the opposite, I’ve heard of highly exclusive cliches that self promote and protect each other, mostly the early employees. They tend to shun new blood especially at the higher levels because they’re salaries are usually much higher than homegrowns. In terms of the perks I’ve heard the same thing as A1, very googleesque and generous.
Thanks, very helpful. You foresee this might be a challenge to fit in if someone comes at a senior level then? Another question, is the company seen as a high growth fintech n do they compensate well?
