Atlanta office is HQ of Central region, so tons of big clients and opportunities. I would say, easier to get SM here than anywhere else because of how many clients have their HQs here. I moved here as an experienced Sr hire. Got early promo.
Personally, I like Atlanta as a city. Be ware, public transportation is trash, hence, the traffic but it is not the worse by far.

Thanks I’ve heard that about the traffic! Hopefully with all this they won’t require office 5x a week.
And congrats on the promo!
What projects do you currently work on? As I’m sure you know different offices tend to have different niches/emphases
Coach
I work on anything I&C as well as AML.
hi -- I'm from ey "west coast" forensics group. there haven't been agile m1 promos that fit your description, and west coast forensics offices don't tend to have aml work. are you from the west region (which includes Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, etc)?
Coach
Oh I know. My comment wasn’t meant to be read as snarky or mean. I honestly didn’t mean to type coast. I was typing late at night and had brain fog.
Tech or I&C?
Coach
I&C
Projects can be hit or miss. Technology side is dying/already dead here and I&C is mainly IFCS oriented at the moment. Culture is pretty weak too. There are a bunch of SMs, so probably not too much room for upward promo at the moment. 2 partners were also released, so not sure there is room for SMs to go up at the moment.
Culture does feel like it’s been lacking recently. Maybe it’s covid related
