Bain & Company How's the market? I remember two years ago (true post-covid dog days) people on this bowl were saying that 2026 will revert back to pre 2020 levels.

I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I like this question. Im following to see what sentiment is. I feel like the job market is better than what it was at-least a year and a half ago. But far from 2020 levels. People did say the statement that OP has claimed, but seems far from the truth. Getting a job is still an uphill battle.
Why would anyone say 2026 would revert to 2020 levels?
I can’t think of many things stupider
OP said “pre-2020” so 2018/2019
