Which one to choose if BofA is paying 2 lac more than hsbc ? Is Hsbc worth to consider at a lesser pay?

I have an offer in hand from Thoughtworks.
I have stopped looking for new opportunities considering the wlb and decent pay.

Got few opportunities from product based organisations like striim, Amazon, Gartner.

Cctc 15.5 lpa
Offer in hand 23 lpa + 1.5 benefits
7 yrs exp, Automation Engg

Note:
I'm looking for a good wlb, that's why I didn't attend product based companies.

I had an experience of working in a Product based company with 12-14 hrs of work.

I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing.
