I'm a dude. Go to the doctor? Gotta be dying.
DD1, right on.
I'm a dude also and generally, my arm would need to be hanging by a thread for me to proactively go to the doctor for something. That being said, dudes are pretty stupid about this. If something feels off for more than a few days, get it checked out. My good advice, but I won't follow it.
It's 90% more n your head ..work on that first
Come on dudes! You got to take care of your bodies. Why just focus on working out if internal organs are going to shit. Do yearly check ups. And as D1 said, go see doc if something doesn't feel right.
A week. Bc we travel so much and we're locked in rooms w colleagues and clients, I don't like to mess around.
Annual exam is different than going to the doctor. They make me do that shit. Otherwise the last time I went was when I literally cut my finger tip off with a table saw
Doctors actually like hypochondriacs. They can charge your insurance every time you think something is wrong. I'm sure they love you.
If something doesn't feel right, you go to the doctor. If you know it's something will go away, don't crowd the health care system
Update: went to the doctor (in pain 7 months). They told me I did the right thing but did they say that just to charge me???!?!
