I am 29y, making about 63k wfh, have 54k in student loans and 15k in cc debts that I just consolidated into a personal loan. I recently moved back with my parents to start taking care of this debt. I’m also completing an MBA program, which will cost me about 10k more (3 semesters left). I was thinking on paying the remaining amount out of pocket. What would be your best advice on how to tackle my debt faster?

Last year due to covid got laid off and then didn't got any opportunity due to visa issues. Later myself and my family got covid positive and unfortunately my father expired due to covid.
So I have got gap of 1.3 years in my career.
Now I want to start giving interviews and get back in the game.
My concern is with 2 things here
1. I lack confidence/motivation due to the gap.

My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.

I literally cannot stomach to be around my in laws any longer. My wife and I are in neither political camp and we pretty much have the perspective that no matter what the outcome is every 2 and 4 years isn’t going really affect our lives all that great. We just have the attitude that “things happen, but why let that affect our daily happiness?” My in laws are retired, bored, and do nothing but share Fox News videos on Bookface and have just become so angry.
