Generally Life insurance value is decided based on Human Life Value. First thing required are your current monthly expenses. Next weather you have any loans or not?

Life Insurance Tenure:
Generally it is required till your kids/dependents (if you have family) become dependent or start earning. Usually, that happens around age 60/65 for most people.
Buying till higher age is recommended when you want to leave inheritance for your children after you die. Then take highest age available. you will get term life for 50 yrs max that's till age 80 for you.

Riders:
Better to take PA cover seprately that's more economical.

You may contact us at Vikas@ciis.in for further queries and suitable product recommendation.

Just got out of articling at a boutique tax firm and looking to lateral into a bigger firm. Anyone have suggestions for a medium sized firm in Toronto with a good tax practice? Thanks!

When did you know your firm wasn't right for you? I'm not sure if it's just the stress of being a new attorney with a family or if my job isn't the right fit. I work in civil litigation and am consistently below my billables. I can't stay late because my kids need me and I can't work on the weekends because I have to maintain my house and take care of my kids. I'm being constantly told to work harder, stay later, etc but it's not practical. Or am I not approaching this with the right mindset?

I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.

Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.
