I am a business analyst having accenture and ibm offers with 70% and 85% hike respectively. Still getting calls for interviews.
So my query is shall I appear for interview now and later negotiate for CTC based on my current offers or shall inform about the offers initially only before proceeding further.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?
