Key piece of info missing: are you working? If not take the real offer while continuing to look for better long-term alignment. Otherwise wait until you find exactly what you want.
If you're decision is primarily money-driven, it's going be a lot tougher in this market. There's far more supply than demand so employers have more control over salaries. I've seen a few SSWE roles offering $45-50/hr, which is what juniors were being paid a few years ago. And despite that I guarantee they got inundated with applications.

But stall on the offer as long as you can to see if any of the other interviews pan out. Tell the recruiter(s) you have an offer on the table so if they're serious they need to expedite.
If you have a job I would be a little skeptical. Sounds like they want you to work cheap and a lot. Also indicates there may management issues.
If you don’t have a job negotiate what you can and take it, but keep looking. You may find it’s okay, but may also make you search harder
