I am a software intern at a startup, completed 3 months and the work was actually going on smooth , got to learn a lot and got comfortable with React and javascript in general, but recently my teammates suggested us interns to find opportunities outside of the organisation, their major concerns being work overload, poor management and unrealistic expectations from the product owners. I still have 3 months left of the internship and i am clueless as to what my next move should be.
