I am about to join company A tommo but I was supposed to receive offer letter frm company B today wich i wanted to join based on my research n feedback . HR of company b said it needs approval and they haven't got it from higher management, if they get I'll get offer in few mins after approval.
I'm in Dilemma. Should I join n abscond if I get offer else I can continue. There are few cushions of offer from company c for November. But I don't want to lose B and Company C is unaware.

Since it is a longer projects working togethr for abt 1yr, with this being the only LOOP during it, suddenly I feel this is representative of their true perception of me.
