I try for five or six hours of sleep each night before work, however, life does not always work out that way. Some nights I am lucky to get four or even three hours of sleep. Then I spend the next day running off caffeine, and crankiness lol. There just are not enough hours in the day lately!
That's a recurring problem, really. I would prefer to get seven or eight hours of sleep every night. But I'm usually lucky if I get six. Anything less than that and I'm going to feel it during the day. Some nights when I've really had a rough day I'll take a nap for a half-hour or an hour, and that helps. But I still try for that elusive seven hours.
No sucking up if the work is gold!
