I am an IT Support Tech, 2 years in the field.
I started off as an apprentice getting £9k.
Finished my course and got raised to £19k and then had a new job offer come through and my employer matched the pay to £23k.

I have an appraisal coming up in a week and I'm not sure what to ask for salary wise. I'm starting a 4 year degree apprenticeship with them in Cyber Security this month as well.

Any one been on a similar place or have any ideas how I should tackle this situation?

I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. It’s busy all the time and I get to experience all different types of apps, OSes, and almost every aspect of IT in this way. I make around 50k which is alright but its hectic as there’s too many tickets and not enough personnel. I heard this is common but I’m not sure.
