I am being offered a PE Analyst role at Morgan Stanley Asia fund. However, the catch is that it on third party payroll basis - will be taken on roll basis performance and headcount approval after 6-9 months.

Is it a good move to consider - considering pay+brand of MS is better? The 3rd party payroll is spooking me though

Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. It’s 3 part, on one day. 2 one on one interviews and a panel interview. For reference, it’s a position in an agency that’s involved in both trade and national security. I’m a litigation junior associate in private practice now, but have a long academic background in international trade, policy, and security.
