$20k annual RSU’s is practically nothing (especially if it vests over 4 years).
Would the new company look better on your resume? If so do it!

And settled in stock? And vesting over 4-ish years? Unless you think it's a winning lottery ticket, it's probably not enough to move the needle for me. But I'd let the new firm know and see if they can sweeten their offer.
What’s past stock performance like? Does it have a long track record of success (beating S&P) or is there a good reason to expect outsized performance? If yes, the RSUs could make a big difference. You should go where you feel most comfortable and set up for success but I think RSUs are where the real money is as IHC (sort of a hot take though).
Is it possible to get stock in the future at the new company or is this a private company? If the former, weigh the promotion potential and what the stock compensation would be at that level. Stock based compensation can be significant. For me personally, my vested RSUs outpaced bonus for the first time last year. All else being equal, I probably would not take that role without a higher base, bonus, or at minimum assurance of promotion to the next level that does offer RSUs.
