I am considering applying to Accenture Strategy with 2.5 YOE as a Consultant. What position should I apply for and what salary range is expected? I expect to be promoted to SC next year if I stay, so I would like to jump to the next level at Accenture, but it looks like Accenture goes from C -> M, with no level in between? Should I try my luck at applying for M? My target salary is at least $145K.

I’m confused by the CFP education requirement. Do I need to complete other designations before I can sit for the CFP exam? Such as CLU and ChFC?

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?
