It can help. Of course, it depends on the therapy and the therapist, and also on the patient and what their needs are. If you're feeling that you're at the point where therapy may help you, then by all means explore what options are available to you. The therapy won't change the job, but it may change the way you're able to handle the job. So it's definitely worth a try.
Yes it helps. I have been seeing a therapist for about two years now weekly. She helps me with various things including stress from the job. I recommend everyone see a therapist regularly.
It definitely helps, and not just for work. Take care of yourself and it's easier to take care of the things and people in your life that really matter. Go for it.
