I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. They’re constantly taking interviews, go ask.
My understanding is that it’s a low starting salary plus 10-15% of fees earned. Big caseload so if you work hard & push cases you can probably do ok. My guess is there’s a lot of micromanagement/oversight (see the recent email controversy)

The base pay is typically $65k-$75k, then you earn a % of recoveries. They sign up cases and you work them. You do not decide what cases get assigned to you. You also can't decide what to reject. Any case with value above $50k has to be submitted to a "big case committee" to determine your settlement value. Or they may tell you to try the case no matter what. There is not a lot of leeway in how you work the cases up, but some can make high six figures. It's extremely high volume though...
