I am currently working as business architecture specialist level nine at Accenture and have 7+ year of work experience .my CTC is 20 LPA and my fixed CTC is 18.21 LPA. In Barclays for BA 4th grade I am being offered business analyst role as my client is already Barclays and I am suitable for this current role. What is the ideal and maximum ctc I can ask for in terms of fixed CTC. Also is B4 grade a good enough grade Accenture or should I ask for AVP?

I am interviewing with Accenture UK for AWS Architect role. Total exp is 12 years. What base pay should I be looking at? I am moving from another country. So, no idea about UK pay-scales.

Too many cooks in the kitchen

I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!
