I am currently working for a small, boutique firm. Would it make sense to jump to Protiviti (Business Performance Improvement team)?

Not actively looking and, so far, I've enjoyed my experience with my current firm. My only concern is that, if I ever wanted to leave, it seems like the exit opportunities are non existent (or, frankly, they suck). Are there good exit opportunities with Protiviti?

Would I have a better shot at working in Big 4 advisory if I worked at Protiviti?

Asking for advice- I’ve realized consulting is not the path for me long term and have had plans to quit. I’m currently staffed on a project alone and feel lost as I don’t have much experience in this line of work. Deadline is approaching and I have voiced my concerns to finish in time. Manager is still reviewing my work and the turnaround time to make revisions and finish phase 2 work seems unlikely within a few days. Is it unreasonable to ask for another resource to help finish?
