I was let go from my job in Nov 2023 and only got 1 phone call to chat with me initially and didn't get back to me. It's over a week now. The other reply I got is to do the assessment(which is like the whole research, procurement and project plan) and the pay is pretty low. So I didn't go ahead with it.
Back in 2023, while I was working, I applied a few jobs and I got replies and even got some interviews. That was around Oct or Nov. Is the market that bad?

How do you handle a passive aggressive boss? Mine seems friendly but screws me over when it comes to giving guidance during difficulties in projects and project resources, he says mean things :(

Hi! I'm currently interviewing (3/6 interviews so far) for for an appeals manager role for DME. The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? How difficult is billing for dme as I only have experience in gyn onc and lactation billing? What's a fair salary? I have 8+ yoe in rcm, no certs.

Bridge between Customer Support and Product Design?

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.

I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?
