Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Yes, that’s overkill and would need to be agreed to by the seller which might make it harder to get an offer accepted

I doubt a seller would take this offer given the market is still getting multiple offers per house in general.

I've never heard of seller paying for inspection. Seems like a conflict of interest. It also sounds like OP wants the repairs paid by the seller, not the inspection.
Overkill and a waste of money. One inspection is all you need.
We did none and no regrets lol
