I am interviewing for a Sr Software Engineer Frontend/Fullstack role at Uber. What can I expect from the interview process?

Currently a MS finance student. Recently secured a year long internship with the Federal Reserve researching commercial banking conditions. The role is tech heavy (python, R, Sql etc ) What kind of roles can I look into in the event there’s isn’t a return offer? Thanks

I am graduating this December with my BBA and am ready to leave the job I’m in now. I’ve been applying for a range of positions I qualify for and nothing so far, which I expected. My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
