On top of knowing your experience and talents cold, there are a couple things I recommend for in-house interviews:
1) Have a thorough explanation of your reasons for wanting to move in-house, assuming you’re coming from a firm. The more you can ground these reasons in past experiences, the better. A good example would be something like having enjoyed the aspects of projects that required you to be in frequent contact with both in-house counsel and the business unit at a client. Talk up things like enjoying making judgment calls informed by both legal knowledge and business need. Examples of resolving disagreements between legal and business are good. Avoid expressing that you want to work shorter hours—it might not be accurate, and at any rate, in-house work comes with its own kinds of pressures.
2) Prepare to explain in detail your desire to work at the company where you’re interviewing. I like to funnel this: start with why you want to move in-house; discuss why the interviewing company’s industry is of particular interest (experience in the industry is a plus); and finally be able to talk intelligently about the company itself and the position for which they are hiring.
Best of luck.

Be prepared to answer the same questions a few times. You'll need to give your basic spiel for each interview. Obviously you don't want to be a robot, but don't leave out an important point in the fourth interview just because you said it in the first three.
