Is that other big 4 Deloitte?
Maybe yes, maybe no. The fact you ask a question like this with absolutely no background info, and expect an answer, makes me surprised you've even survived this long.
Not sure why people think that a Senior Consultant at Deloitte is a Manager at EY. Especially since post MBA they go to the same level. I know SCs at Deloitte with 4 years work experience. Never seen a manager at EY with less than 5.
SC @ Deloitte = Manager @ EY is not always true... it really depends on your experience...
Hahahha
"Another Big 4" - yeah please make the jump to EY. If you think that bringing up this kind of general question and get guidance you might as well leave Deloitte - please!
First hide your profile information. People who know you can probably figure out who you are. Second, if you do make sure you come over as a manager. Sc at Deloitte is mgr at Ey. If you come over as an SC u will be that for 2-3 yrs which is a waste of time. Also make sure you get paid adequately. The fact that you are looking tells me ur ready to leave Deloitte just don't leave for a lower title and not enough money.
d has 3 levels prior to making manager while EY has 2
I have seen mgrs with 4 yrs.
Deloitte level. Analyst, c, sc, mgr, SM, pped
Ey. Staff,Sc, mgr,SM,pped.
The levels don't add up. Most sc at Deloitte take 4 to 5 yrs to get to. Same as ey mgr.
don't sell urself short. It sucks.
You are all looking at a bottom up approach. Look top down. Managers at both firms have SMs and PPEDs above them. I can tell you right now that no one leaving EY to go to Deloitte is going to go from manager to senior.
No , Ey manager is Deloitte SC
Are you getting much of a raise ? I interviewed and was offered a comparable package. No thanks
No
eY has no analyst level
Dont
I'm trying to do the same but for deloitte
EY3 I can tell you right now that is not a true statement.
It is not always a level to level transition for each person. Have seen it a few times.
Bye
